各位同学：
因为疫情原因，UBC林学院很多教学活动受到限制，为尽力达到三分之一教学支持要求，将于9月21日至12月11日开放由UBC教学团队带领和支持的网络课程给合作办学项目学生。
每门课学生每周需要花大约5-8小时完成，所以建议大二和大三的学生参加其中1-2门课。UBC推荐3+2项目学生参加FODE 001F和FODE 006F两门课程，在现有林学专业的教学进行补充。

Course Workload:
Our online courses are designed as the extensive courses including video lectures, readings, online discussions, quizzes and assignments. The course length ranges from 10 – 12 weeks. In each week, you are expected to commit around 10 hours to study the course materials and participate in the learning activities of the course. It means the total study hours for one course will range from 100-120 hours. As we noticed, many of you have registered more than one course and some even registered all five courses. It is strongly recommended each student to take no more than two course out of the five courses.
网课内容包括视频课件、课后阅读、每周网上课程讨论、选择题测试以及作业。 课程长度为8-10周，学生需要每周投入约10小时的学习时间完成课程内容和参与教学活动，一个课程预计需要80-100个学时完成。最终完成课程内容并通过课程评估的学生方能获得结业证明。我们强烈建议各位同学选择不超过两门课程进行学习，以确保学习质量和效果。
