College of International Education

For the purpose of undertaking international education cooperation and exchanging tasks and management work for foreign students, the College of International Education  was established in October 2004. On the one hand, the college actively introduces high-quality foreign educational resources and international advanced school-running concepts and modes in order to improve the school-running quality and level; on the other hand, it seeks some opportunities to output superior specialties and extends the popularity of Nanjing Forestry University in the international market of higher education.

The College of International Education is to manage, coordinate and make some teaching plans for international education work and Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, and to bring the admission plans and routine teaching arrangements into admission and teaching plans of NFU. The college is in charge of teaching and routine management work for foreign students.

In the process of conducting Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, the college is not only to carry out some school-running programs, but also to undertake or take part in some different programs of international communication and study-abroad from China Scholarship Council and the Education Department of Jiangsu Province. At the same time, it is to explore a new mode for bringing up high-quality personnel and introducing high-quality foreign educational resources in order to make the school-running level of NFU develop in pace with the production of international high-quality personnel.
