中秋节与国庆节是中国重要的传统节日与国家节日。中秋节象征着团圆与思念，人们通过赏月、品尝月饼等方式表达对美好生活的向往；国庆节则是庆祝中华人民共和国成立的重要节日，全国各地会举行丰富多彩的庆祝活动。两个节日相遇，是了解中国文化、感受中国社会氛围的重要时刻。
The Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are two important Chinese festivals. The Mid-Autumn Festival represents reunion and family bonds, with traditions such as moon viewing and enjoying mooncakes. National Day celebrates the founding of the People’s Republic of China and is marked by various celebrations across the country. Together, these festivals provide an opportunity to experience Chinese culture and traditions.

Dear International Students,
根据学校《关于2026年中秋节、国庆节放假安排的通知》要求，为保障大家假期期间的人身安全和校园秩序，国际教育学院结合留学生实际情况，现将有关事项通知如下：
In accordance with the university’s "Notice on the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Holiday Arrangements", and to ensure the safety and well-being of international students during the holiday, the College of International Education provides the following reminders:
一、假期时间安排 / Holiday Schedule
放假时间：2026年9月25日（星期五）至10月7日（星期三），共13天。
Holiday Period: Friday, September 25 to Wednesday, October 7, 2026 (13 days in total).
请各位同学合理安排假期时间，并按学校要求及时返校。
Please arrange your holiday plans properly and return to campus according to university requirements.
调休及课程安排：9月20日（星期日）正常上课，学生按照10月6日（星期二）的课表上课。 10月10日（星期六）正常上课，学生按照10月7日（星期三）的课表上课。
Make-up Class Arrangements: Sunday, September 20, 2026 will be a study day, students should attend classes according to the timetable of Tuesday, October 6. Saturday, October 10, 2026 will be a study day, students should attend classes according to the timetable of Wednesday, October 7.
二、离校前注意事项 / Pre-Departure Requirements
完成离校登记：
如假期期间离校，请提前按照学院要求完成假期去向登记，填写相关信息，包括离返校时间、目的地、联系方式等。
Before leaving campus, students who plan to travel should complete the holiday itinerary registration as required, including travel dates, destinations, and contact information.
做好宿舍安全检查：
离校前请关闭宿舍电源，锁好门窗，妥善保管护照、现金、银行卡及其他贵重物品。
Before departure, please turn off electrical appliances, lock doors and windows, and keep valuables such as passports, cash, and bank cards safe.
请勿在宿舍使用违规电器，共同维护安全的住宿环境。
Do not use prohibited electrical appliances in the dormitory. Please help maintain a safe living environment.
三、假期期间安全须知 / Safety Guidelines During Holiday
（一）人身与交通安全：
外出旅行时，请选择正规交通工具，不要乘坐无牌无证车辆。
When traveling, please use licensed transportation and avoid unregistered vehicles.
夜间外出建议结伴同行，注意个人安全，避免前往危险或偏僻区域。
For your safety, avoid traveling alone at night and stay away from dangerous or isolated areas.
严禁前往没有安全防护措施的河流、湖泊等水域游泳或进行危险活动。
Do not swim or engage in dangerous activities in rivers, lakes, or other areas without proper safety protection.
（二）财产与网络安全：
增强防诈骗意识，警惕网络刷单、虚假投资、冒充客服等诈骗行为。
Stay alert against online scams, including fake investments, fraudulent services, and impersonation scams.
请勿轻易向陌生人透露个人信息，包括银行卡、护照、签证等重要信息。
Do not share personal information such as bank card details, passport, or visa information with strangers.
学生严禁安装、使用非法VPN等工具翻越国家网络监管、访问非法网站或传播违法信息；应遵守国家网络安全法律法规和校规校纪，合法、文明、安全上网，违者将按校规校纪严肃处理。
Article 2 Students are strictly prohibited from installing or using illegal VPNs or other tools to bypass national internet supervision, access illegal websites, or disseminate illegal information; they shall comply with national cybersecurity laws and regulations and school rules, and use the Internet in a lawful, civilized, and safe manner. Violators will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with school rules and regulations.
（三）健康与生活安全：
假期期间请注意饮食卫生，保持规律作息，合理安排学习与休息时间。
Please maintain healthy eating habits, regular schedules, and a good balance between study and rest.
自觉遵守中国法律法规，尊重当地文化习俗。
Please comply with Chinese laws and respect local customs and traditions.
四、留校学生特别提醒 / For Students Staying on Campus
留校学生须严格遵守学校宿舍管理规定，按时作息，不得使用违规电器，不得私拉乱接电线。
Students staying on campus must follow dormitory regulations, maintain regular schedules, and avoid prohibited appliances or unsafe electrical connections.
请共同维护宿舍环境，尊重室友生活习惯，保持宿舍安静、整洁、安全。
Please respect your roommates and help maintain a quiet, clean, and safe living environment.
五、返校与信息报告 / Return and Reporting
请各位同学按照学校安排按时返校。如因特殊原因无法按时返校，请提前向辅导员请假，并说明具体原因及预计返校时间。
Students must return to campus on time according to university arrangements. If you are unable to return as scheduled, please request leave in advance through your instructor and provide the reason and expected return date.
学院将根据学校要求做好假期返校情况统计。
The College will conduct return-to-campus attendance checks according to university requirements.
