1.假期期间应科学规划作息时间,保持规律的生活习惯,注重饮食健康,适度锻炼身体,关注自身心理状态,确保身心健康。避免长时间熬夜、沉迷网络或过度娱乐。

Avoid staying up late, excessive internet use, or overindulgence in entertainment.

Hosting non-residents overnight is prohibited, as is changing rooms or beds without authorization. Respect roommates’ living habits and work together to maintain a quiet, clean, and safe living environment.Violations of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, fines, or loss of housing privileges. Residents are expected to report maintenance issues promptly and participate in scheduled fire drills and safety inspections. Shared spaces—such as kitchens, lounges, and bathrooms—must be kept tidy and used responsibly. Personal belongings should be secured, and communal property treated with care. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures fairness, safety, and mutual respect for all residents.
