2024-2025学年学业奖学金评选工作已启动，请将申请材料发送至指定邮箱。具体要求如下：
一、材料提交要求
完成附件材料，填写Word申请表和Excel汇总表（标注部分需完整填写），如实填写已发表成果和活动参与情况，并附图片、PDF等证明材料。硕士/博士学生，请将导师评估表交导师评分后，提交扫描版PDF文件。
二、奖学金参评资格规则
学业奖学金评选采取"学生申请-学院评选（确定等级） "流程，根据《附件2：南京林业大学来华留学生学业奖学金实施办法》要求，结合学生上报材料，进行综合素质分核算。基于综合素质分，结合学生日常的先进事迹与获得的通报批评等进行加减，确定最终得分，并进行排序。
若已获评江苏省奖学金或南京市奖学金，不可同时申请校内奖学金。所有符合条件的学生（含校内奖学金、江苏省/南京市奖学金）将按 "实际发放金额（从高到低）" 排序，确定最终获奖名单。
本科生分类评估：英语授课项目（ETP）与中文授课项目（含"专升本"项目）分开独立评估。
三、取消资格情形
存在以下情况者无需申请且无参评资格：
1.有挂科记录；
2.有违纪记录；
3.延期毕业。
四、提交截止时间与邮箱

⏰ 截止时间：本周五中午12:00（10月17日中午）
逾期提交视为自愿放弃申请资格。
五、异议反馈渠道
若对评选结果有异议，需向国际教育学院115办公室合理提出（需提供有效依据）。
Academic Scholarship Selection Notice for the 2024-2025 Academic Year
The 2024-2025 Academic Year Scholarship selection is now open. Please send your application materials to the designated email addresses by 12:00 this Friday. Specific details are as follows:
Document Submission Requirements
Complete the highlighted sections in the Word application form and Excel summary sheet (list publications and activity participation truthfully; attach supporting documents like images or PDFs).Master’s/PhD students: Provide the supervisor’s evaluation form to your advisor for scoring, and submit the scanned PDF.
Scholarship Eligibility Rules
Academic scholarship selection adopts the process of "Student application-College selection (Grade determination)".
The evaluation process of academic scholarship: According to the requirements of 《Implementation Measures for Academic Scholarships for International Students at Nanjing Forestry University》, the comprehensive quality score is calculated according to the materials submitted by students. Based on the comprehensive quality score, the final score is determined and sorted by adding and subtracting the students' daily advanced deeds, received reports and criticisms.
Exclusivity Clause: Students awarded the Jiangsu Provincial Scholarship or Nanjing Municipal Scholarship cannot simultaneously receive university scholarships.
Ranking & Allocation: Scholarship recipients (including all types: University Scholarship tiers, Jiangsu Provincial, or Nanjing Municipal) are determined by ranking all eligible students by the actual disbursement amount (from high to low).
Undergraduate Classification
English-Taught Programs (ETP): Assessed separately from Chinese-taught programs (including Junior College to University Transfer Program).
Disqualification Criteria
Students with failing grades, disciplinary records, or delayed graduation need not apply and are ineligible.
